- Job Description: Originally built in 1989 this spectacular architectural home on the canals of Benowa Waters was certainly enhance with the recent Gold Coast Roof Restoration undertaken by the team. The roof actually had a roof restoration around 10 years previous however the coating was not good and showing very obvious signs of flaking and peeling, easily visible from ground level. The team pressure cleaned most of the old coating off and used the high build primer from Dulux with two following generous coats of Gloss Monument. Result was fantastic for the roof and the property.
